NEW CLASSES Starting in the Plex Total Fitness Exercise Program!!!

STARTING IN MAY

Pilates (taught by Christina)
Pilates classes are designed for seniors to help achieve better balance and to stay youthful.
Every Monday and Thursday mornings starting May 7 (10:30am-11:30am)

Classic Soul Line Dance & Fitness (taught by Sandy)
Beginners & Intermediate Class Times – Monthly Dance Parties
Every Sunday starting May 6 (5:45pm – 7:45pm)

Jujitsu (taught by Officer Lance)
Jujitsu classes for youth and adults encompassing throws, joint locks, ground defense and much, much more.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday starting May 7

Cheernastics (taught by Wateree Gymnastics Center)
Cheernastics beginner-level and intermediate-level classes for 5 yrs & up that teach skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridge kickovers and much, much more.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday starting May 7

Zumbatomic (taught by Enid)
Zumba designed for children ages 4-12 yrs
Every Saturday morning

The Plex Total Fitness program has morning and evening exercise classes offered Monday thru Sunday at convenient times. Classes are for 1-hour.

No contract to sign, no registration or membership fees. Just $6 for any class session.

All instructors and trainers are experienced and certified.
