Each week your child gets their PLEX PASS you know what they’re doing every afternoon in the time between when the school bell rings and the dinner bell rings. This program is developed keeping three things in mind: kid’s minds stay healthy; kid’s bodies stay healthy; and most importantly kids stay safe.

Important Parent Information

PASS Program Packets
PLEX MUST HAVE A COMPLETED 2007-2008 PACKET FOR EACH CHILD YOU ARE REGISTERING.
EVEN IF YOUR CHILD ATTENDED PASS LAST YEAR,
A NEW REGISTRATION PACKET MUST BE FILLED OUT.
Plex is also offering contracts for the entire school year that draw from a credit card account on the 5th of every month.
This is the only way to guarantee a child’s space every week for the entire school year.
(A contract can be canceled with 30 days written notice!)
Registration and Payment for each child must be received by PLEX for the following week by Friday at 12:00pm.
Registrations are taken on a full week basis – there is no single day price for PASS. Registrations must include payment.

Each packet consists of the following:

  • Plex General Regisration Form filled to be out for the PASS Program indicating the week(s) your child will be attending.
  • Plex Individual Waiver Form needs to be completed and signed by the child’s parent.
  • PASS School Permission Note for the parents to fill out and send with their child to school.
  • Lexington/Richland V Pick up/Drop off Request Form for the parents to fill out and send with their child to school. (With enough interest we will be put on the School District bus route.)
