Total Body Hoop Fitness & Dance
“Set to upbeat tempos and grooving music, TOTAL BODY HOOP FITNESS AND DANCE focuses on building the essential core elements needed for solid body foundations. Combining hula-hoops and basic dance elements, it encourages participants to explore the spaces both inside and out of the hoop while tightening the core and toning the entire body. Each class includes stretches for flexibility, drills for increasing muscle memory, and creative movement blocks of learning to incorporate new hoop dance ideas and skills quickly. Hoop dance is a low impact workout that can burn up to 210 calories in a quick 30 mins while also increasing cardiovascular stamina but more importantly, we have fun! Have you ever tried to not smile while playing with a hula hoop? It’s nearly impossible!

**Designed for both beginner and intermediate students. No experience required. Free class loaner Hoops available.”

Circular Artistry Hoop Dance
Hoop Dance encourages weight loss and is a great cardiovascular workout. It enhances flexibility, works abdominal muscles, sculpts buttocks, thighs & arms. It will build core strength, increase your energy and will develop balance and coordination.

**This class is for all ages and skill levels. Where comfortable shoes and clothing that is stretchy, but not slippery. Grippe clothing helps the hoop stay on and short sleeve shirt or tank tops are the best.

Cheernastics
Students enrolled in our new Cheernastics class will learn all of the necessary basic skills to get started in cheerleading or gymnastics!Taught by instructors of Wateree Gymnastics Center of Camden, your young athlete will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills such as handstands, cartwheels, rolls, walk-overs, round-offs, and back handsprings! They will also work on cheerleading skills such as jumps, motions, and basic stunts. Conditioning and flexibility training are also core aspects of our Cheernastics Program — your child will not only learn new skills safely, using proper progressions, but they will also become stronger and more confident!

Jujitsu
Our curriculum includes: Jujitsu, Judo, Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate, Submission Grappling, Fitness Training, and much, much more!
