Youth leagues range from basic Instructional Leagues for 6-8 year olds to Competitive Leagues for 15�17 year olds. Adult Competitive Open Leagues have been setup to accommodate those over 17 years of age, and regional tournaments have been scheduled for every level of play, attracting teams from throughout the southeast. Plex�s Youth Inline Hockey program strives to provide opportunities for personal growth and development of youth athletes while also reinforcing positive influences, self-confidence, self-esteem and the ability to excel on and off the rink. Plex is dedicated to educate and motivate each member while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun through the spirit of Inline Hockey.

Inline Hockey Basics:

Inline hockey is typically played on a surface 145-185 ft. long and 65-85 ft. wide. Each team has 4 players on the surface, plus one goalkeeper. The roster may contain up to 15 players, plus 2 goalkeepers. There are two periods of 15-25 minute duration each (running time). Mandatory equipment includes inline skates, H.E.C.C. approved helmet, full face mask (17 yrs & under), colored mouth guard, elbow pads, hockey gloves, and knee & shin pads. Games are played with an inline hockey puck. Unlike ice hockey, there are no rules against �icing� (illegal clearing) or off-sides. No intentional body-checking is allowed, and any fighting incurs a Major penalty, plus a Game Misconduct, plus a 1-game suspension.

Reserve in advance. Registered teams will receive discounted rates. All fees must be paid prior to rental.

PLEX REFUND POLICY: A refund will be issued only if Plex cancels a league/class/camp or event.
